Start reducing your company's expenses by cutting what you spend on fuel. Our automatic feed solid fuel system can easily be adapted to steam boilers, thermal oil boilers and hot water boilers. Our system is capable of burning fuels such as hazelnut and walnut coal, hazelnut shells, olive pomace and apricot stones.
TECHNOLOGY IN USE
The boiler is fed from a 250 kg capacity coal hopper on its outer side. The coal is delivered to the boiler by a gearbox and screw conveyor. Depending on the boiler capacity, the amount of coal can easily be set with time relays and is fed into the boiler automatically.
SINGLE-CRUCIBLE PRE-FURNACE SYSTEMS
This is the preferred system where the combustion chamber of the boiler is small.
The increased surface area contributes to a capacity increase in the boiler and enables high efficiency to be achieved.
Enlarging the combustion chamber provides ease of use and ensures a high proportion of the coal is burned.
The water capacity it holds contributes to an increase in the steam capacity produced.
MULTI-CRUCIBLE PRE-FURNACE SYSTEMS:
These are the systems preferred for high-capacity boilers.
They are manufactured with tube construction, which means they can be used comfortably in high-pressure boilers.
Being built with multiple crucibles, they make it possible to burn low-calorific coals.
Their large surface area contributes to capacity increases in boilers.
They are high-efficiency systems that ensure the coal is burned completely.
ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY
Because the coal is lifted entirely from below within the crucible and burned with a top-combustion system, the release from the stack of CO and dirty residues such as soot that could disturb the surrounding environment is prevented.
STACK FILTERS
Our stack filters are long-lasting because they are manufactured from stainless steel.
The double washing system in our filters keeps the sulphur content to a minimum.
Raschig rings are used to increase the surface area, ensuring the flue gas is washed to the maximum degree. The fittings and pumps used in the filter system are resistant to abrasion and acid. The settling tank keeps water consumption to a minimum.
Our filters are guaranteed not to exceed the stack emission limits set out in the Turkish Regulation on the Control of Air Pollution Caused by Industrial Plants.
SOOT ARRESTERS AND ECONOMIZERS
These are used to make use of the flue gas temperatures in boilers. Recovering the flue gas heat increases boiler efficiency. The hot air obtained is used as combustion air in the boiler, delivering high-efficiency combustion. The economizer section is designed with tube construction. The outer surface is painted with epoxy paint resistant to high temperatures.
LONG SERVICE LIFE
Every mechanical and electrical material and item of equipment used in our system is selected specifically for your plant with engineering support. Thanks to the special design, the coal feed screw conveyor lasts far longer than in other systems. The upper surface of the crucible, where the coal burns most intensely, is manufactured from chrome-alloy cast material. The cast area is the surface directly exposed to the heat, and even if the casting is damaged after a long period, only the affected cast blocks are replaced – your system is restored to as-new condition without the major burden of replacing the entire crucible as in other systems. Pressurised, high-flow fans are used in the system, providing both ideal combustion and a protective function, as the fan air cools the crucible from the opposite side within the system's own operating cycle.
