WET FLUE GAS FILTER SYSTEMS

Wet filters are the most widely used stack filters in service today. They are used to eliminate the release into the atmosphere of soot-type residues and sulphur gases produced by boiler fuels. Isi Proje stack filters are designed around your boiler system and manufactured from materials suited to the ambient conditions, selected on the basis of the chemical properties involved. They are built to last.

The filters feature a double washing system. Particles that escape the first wash are captured in the second, delivering maximum emission control.
For ease of use and maintenance, our filters are fitted with manhole covers that allow internal servicing, and a ladder running up to the stack provides easy access to the measurement points.

The boiler flue gas is drawn out of the boiler by the stack fan and delivered to the filter. This prevents gases from building up inside the boiler and increases combustion efficiency. Raschig rings inside the filter create the surface area required, ensuring 100% capture of soot. The filter body and stack capacity are engineered according to the boiler capacity. Our technical team develops professional solutions for every customer.

Stack filters are used not only in industry but also in smaller businesses such as patisseries, bakeries and residential district heating plants. Wet filter systems are the best solution for the unpleasant odours and particles released into the atmosphere with flue gas. These systems can be complemented with carbon stack filters.

The fittings and pumps used in the filter system are resistant to abrasion and acid. Depending on operating capacity, our filters can be supplied with a settling tank. The water in the settling tank is circulated through the filter, keeping water consumption to a minimum. Our filters are guaranteed not to exceed the stack emission limits set out in the Turkish Regulation on the Control of Air Pollution Caused by Industrial Plants.

• Dust emission, maximum 150 mg/Nm³
• Carbon monoxide emission, maximum 200 mg/Nm³
• Sulphur dioxide emission, maximum 2000 mg/Nm³
Because CO in the flue gas emission is combustion-related, we develop professional solutions for our customers to improve combustion efficiency wherever this is required.
