As Isi Proje Makina, we have more than 20 years of experience in filtration systems, particularly in the abatement of atmospheric pollutant gases. With our completed R&D projects and field applications for stenter (ramoz) stack filters – removing the oil particles, dust and odour emitted by stenter machines – our company has rapidly achieved considerable success, especially in the textile sector.
With stenter filter systems, the high-temperature flue gases leaving the stenter machines pass through an IPM-branded economizer, recovering heat and contributing positively to plant economics. At the same time, lowering the flue gas temperature condenses the oil particles carried in the gas in fluid form at high temperature. These condensed particles are precipitated by a shock-cooling method in the wet filter section. The precipitated oil particles are sent to a settling tank, where they are separated by dedicated equipment. IPM stenter filters are equipped with PLC control systems. Because the control is fully automatic, no operator is required either for operation or for cleaning the equipment. IPM stenter filters are focused on industrial solutions. Contact our technical team for any information you may need regarding your stenter filter requirements.

Wet filters are the most widely used stack filters today. They eliminate the release into the atmosphere of soot-type residues and sulphur gases generated by boiler fuels.
