We Manufactured High-Efficiency Economizer Systems for KARDEMİR

IPM Isı Proje Makina has successfully completed the Economizer System project it carried out for KARDEMİR Karabük Demir Çelik Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş., one of Turkey’s long-established iron and steel producers.

The economizer systems designed and manufactured as part of the project were engineered to recover and reuse the waste heat energy contained in flue gases. This has contributed to improving the facility’s energy efficiency, reducing fuel consumption, and lowering operating costs.

The systems, developed specifically for the project by IPM Isı Proje Makina’s engineering team, were designed with process requirements in mind; production, quality control, and delivery processes were carried out with meticulous care.

Thanks to the economizer systems, waste energy from high-temperature flue gases is recovered, thereby increasing system efficiency while aiming for more effective use of energy resources. This approach also makes significant contributions to sustainable production and environmental performance.
