Our company, Isı Proje Makina, has a lot of experience in filtering systems for more than 20 years, especially in the disposal of atmospheric polluting gases. Our company has achieved many successes in a short time, especially in the textile sector, with our R&D projects and applications, which have resulted in the elimination of oil particles, dust and odor from stenter (stenter) chimney filters and stenter machines.

Thanks to the IPM brand economizer, the high-temperature flue gases coming out of the Ram Filter Systems and the Stenter Machines are provided with heat recovery and a positive contribution is made to the business. At the same time, by reducing the flue gas temperature, the oil particles in the gas at high temperature are condensed. These condensed particles are precipitated by the shocking method in the wet filter section. The precipitated oil particles are sent to the sedimentation tank, where the oil particles are separated by means of special equipment. IPM Ram Filters are equipped with PLC Control systems.
